CDI announces the release of State Exchange Web site

Fall 2001
State Exchange is an online community for alumni of the U.S. Department of State's international exchange programs. This pilot is targeted to alumni in the New Independent States and east central Europe.

CDI developed the site architecture and content, designed the database, and created the graphic design of the site. The public parts of the site are available at statexchange.state.gov.
